Kenmare Kestrels news

Our Kenmare Kestrels Under 12 girls led by coaches Montse Salvado and Caroline Taylor finished the season undefeated in Division One in Kerry. Our first team ever to compete in Division One, first to win the Division One cup and they did it by going undefeated.
A real team effort led by Tania Salvado, Katie Cronin, Sarah Taylor, Clíonadh Daly, Amy Harrington, Molly Bhamvra, Lucy Daly, Beibhinn Sheehy, and Jodie O’Shea ensured victory Wednesday night over the
visiting Glenbeigh Falcons by a score of 33 to 17. Well done to all involved.
Our U14 Division 2 boys lost a tightly fought Division two Plate Final to Glenbeigh Falcons in Duagh. Kenmare were led by Tommy Cronin, Sean Lucey, Mark Looney, Colin Crowley, Padraig Cronin and Daniel Crowley. Well done Margaret Lucey on a wonderful season.
Kenmare Kestrels Easter Basketball Camp (March 30th, March 31st, & April 1st) has a few places remaining.
Boys & Girls born in years (2006-2009) 10.30am – 1.30pm
Boys & Girls born in years (2000-2005) 2.30pm – 5.30pm.
Leading Irish Basketball Coaches: James Weldon, Michelle Fahy, Lorraine Scully, and Ger Noonan will be joined by Kestrels Coaches and volunteers.
€35 for Kestrels Club Members. (€45 for non-membingobers)
Places are limited, Kestrels Club Members will get first preference.
