Community Games U10 & U12 Handwriting Competition

The Community Games U10 & U12 Handwriting Competition text was sent to all the local primary schools in mid January. Thanks to all the schools who returned entries there were 227 entries!
An independent judge adjudicated on the scripts which were judged on ‘Correct letter formation, neatness, legibility, fluency, completion of piece and punctuation.’
The result of the competition is as follows

The contestants who were placed first will now go forward to represent the Kenmare area in the county finals, which will be held in Listowel on Saturday the 23rd of February at 10.30am.
